    Bobik is a plant-based alternative to mozzarella cheese, based on select cashews. Suitable for salads, but also for baking.

    Ingredients:

    Drinking water, coconut oil, cashews, rice, salt, nutritional yeast, quinoa culture.

    May contain GLUTEN and OTHER NUTS.

    Nutrition facts per 100 g:

    ENERGY: 1678 kJ / 450 kcal, FAT: 33,2 g, OF WHICH SODIUM: 26,33 g, CARBOHYDRATES: 26 g, OF WHICH SUGAR: 2,18 g, PROTEIN: 8,9 g, FIBRE: 1,8 g, SALT: 0,8 g.

    Milujem tento syrček a som rada že si ho viem kúpiť aj na Slovensku v Bratislave :)... Ideálne na ešte teplej hrianke s paradajkami a bazalkou
